With over 10 years experience in formal piano training, music theory and music education, Nichelle Briggs is available to teach beginner's piano lessons to students of all ages.
Nichelle has been involved in music training and education since age five, when she first took formal piano lessons. In addition to piano, Nichelle has acquired extensive experience performing in and leading senior choir and vocal jazz groups, via 6+ years of professional vocal training.
Through her combined musical education and experience, she has performed at numerous local concerts, retreats and workshops, as well as travelled and performed in Europe, Seattle and New York.
Method:
As a motivated piano teacher, Nichelle's piano lessons & piano teaching abilities provide beginners with a solid foundation in music theory, musical concepts and keyboarding skills... combined with a fun & creative approach to learning, playing & practicing the instrument.

Her piano teaching studio features a variety of beginner's piano education materials and provides a warm, comfortable and relaxing environment for students.
As part of the Fraser Valley Music School, Nichelle's piano teaching studio is located 40 minutes from Vancouver in Langley B.C., and serves all regions of the lower mainland including Burnaby, Surrey, Aldergrove, Walnut Grove, Cloverdale, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, the Fraser Valley and beyond.
